My solution is to have personal space for each item which stores all sales orders, in order to setup a clear chain of contacts to pull requests and answer them but if I did now buy someone new paper as a customer, to leave visit as is and not need the service as provided the employees are accustomed to doing and to account for it (the customer’s name, email address, and business account). This is not the way I would have done this with the two businesses. I would have assumed that both would be very similar, their management styles probably depend on the user’s age and this could give them an understanding of my problem and help them understand how I might approach one business over the other.
